These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoldBet mobile application (the "App") and the website goldbet-spa.org (the "Site"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

GoldBet is a football trivia quiz for entertainment and education. The App allows you to:

• Answer questions about clubs, players, tournaments, and historic matches across four difficulty levels.
• Earn points, build answer streaks, maintain a daily play streak, and progress from novice to Calcio Master.
• View leaderboards, profile statistics, accuracy, and achievements stored on your device.

The App works fully offline. No account registration is required. All game data is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. No Real-Money Gambling

GoldBet is not a gambling or betting product.

• Free app: GoldBet is free to use with no in-app purchases.
• Virtual scoring only: Points, levels, streaks, and leaderboard positions have no real-world cash value.
• No payouts: You cannot win real money, prizes, or goods of monetary value through gameplay.
• No wagering: The App does not accept stakes on real-world sporting events.

4. Eligibility

GoldBet does not collect personal data and is suitable for all ages. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use a device on which the App is installed.

5. Licence and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App except where permitted by law.
• Use cheats or exploits to manipulate scores, streaks, or rankings.
• Use the App to promote illegal gambling or unlicensed betting services.
• Redistribute quiz content or the App without permission.

6. Local Data and Progress

Your player name, scores, streaks, statistics, and preferences are stored only on your device. You may reset progress in the App (Profile → Reset Progress) or delete all data by uninstalling the App. We are not liable for loss of progress due to device failure, reset, or uninstallation.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, text, quiz content, logos, and other materials in the App and Site are owned by GOLDBET BETTER ORGANIZATION ITALY SPA or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Third-party names may appear for descriptive purposes; such references do not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that saved data will always be recoverable. Quiz answers reflect general football knowledge for entertainment and may not reflect the latest official rulings or statistics.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GOLDBET BETTER ORGANIZATION ITALY SPA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100), except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. You agree that the courts of Rome, Italy shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
